This event invites you to unwind in the tranquil subtropical forest of Natural Bridge in the Gold Coast hinterland. Here, you'll escape the pressures of daily life and immerse yourself in a nurturing space, free from electronics, amplified music, alcohol, and drugs for 36 hours (Friday 10 PM – Sunday 10 AM).
Why go unplugged?
In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous systems are often overwhelmed by constant stimulation. This unique weekend offers a chance to reset, reconnect with nature, and nurture your inner calm. With no EMF interference or artificial lights, your body and mind can recover, re-regulate, and re-align.
What’s included?
Friday
2pm: Optional permaculture gardening session to connect with the land.
6pm: Welcoming circle and dinner (pre-booked).
7pm: Sauna, ice bath and hot tub
9:45pm: Crystal bowl sound healing & guided meditation to kick off the electronics-free period.
Saturday - to do as you please, participate as much or as little as you like...
9.30am Partnered ZenThai Shiatsu session followed by a Crystal Bowl Guided Full Moon Meditation
12noon Lunch
1.30pm Own Your Energy Field Workshop
Afternoon & Evening: Enjoy a range of self-guided activities, pop-up workshops, sauna, ice bath, bushwalking, journaling, glow worm caves, or simply relax by the creek.
6pm Dinner and campfire, with space for music and connection, sauna and hot tub ongoing.
Sunday
9 AM: Share Your Wares – a fun swap meet session.
9:45 AM: Closing crystal bowl meditation before easing back into the modern world with chill tunes by DJ AJ Selector.
