About this Event
Embark on a transformative journey designed to inspire and empower you to reconnect with your most authentic self. This immersive three-hour experience, led by both Chelsea Theodoropoulos and Hannah Kerne, is thoughtfully divided into two parts, offering space to reframe limiting beliefs and rediscover the freedom within your true essence.
Through guided meditation, interactive exercises, and uninhibited movement, you’ll leave feeling recharged, grounded, and deeply connected—both to yourself and those around you.
This is a sacred space for meaningful connection and soulful liberation, all within a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere. Whether you come solo or bring your closest friends, this will be the ultimate day to nourish your soul, celebrate authenticity and take action towards a purpose-driven life.
Leave your shoes at the door (literally) and join me in this barefoot awakening that is sure to ignite the spark within you!
Light refreshments and snacks will be served.
