we would love to warmly invite you to this calming & soothing space.
we have co-created our evening focusing on yin energy to gently awake your senses and relax into being. with the medicine of yin yoga and tea meditation, you’ll be able to connect within. by practicing slowness we can see and feel more and ease into deep relaxation, something most of us humans find hard to do.
this is marta’s version of poem called seven cups of tea written by chinese poet lu long 0795-835. it reflects upon the idea of tea being medicinal physically, but also having a spiritual presence.
first bowl calms my thirst
second bowl connects me to a moment
third bowl activates my senses
fourth bowl invites me to go deeper
to listen
to hear
to observe
to feel
to breath
deeply
fifth bowl lifts the spirit higher
sixth bowl allows to let it all go
seventh bowl is a mystery.
we hope we can meet for Seven Cups of Tea and silence.
