A regular dance ritual to embody your spirit through movement. Come nourish your soul, re-calibrate your body and connect with your tribe.
About this Event

Soul Sundays is a gentle but deep movement practice that supports you in your continuing evolution. Helping you move from fixed to fluid. From having a body to being embodied.

Through collective and intentional movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and above all, connect with our spirit.

This is a Conscious Dance class weaving elements of conscious dance modalities with Shamanic practices.
