Join us at The Pendry Hotel in West Hollywood on Sunday, March 16th from 3-5pm as you relax the body, reset your nervous system, & realign to your highest self using the healing power of sound, meditation, breath work, journaling, visualization & yoga.

Description: When you arrive, mingle, meet new faces & get settled in. We will open the session with an intention setting journaling session (journals will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own), followed by ten minutes of breath work to relax the nervous system & tap into the power of your intuition. During the Yin yoga session to follow, we will be relaxing in each posture for 3-5 minutes each, allowing the release of stagnant energy & energetic blockages in your meridians & connective tissue. In the third part of our session, simply relax immersed in the healing power of crystal, alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other natural elements. Enjoy a guided visualization as the sounds wash over you. We will complete our session with five minutes of meditation in silence, and five minutes of journaling.
