✨💫 Shadow work is an inner journey toward self-discovery and self-awareness. To go deeper into this work, there can be a sense of fear and apprehension. Going within to face imperfections and perceived flaws can be scary. It is even scarier to revisit old hurts and wounds. The goal of this process is to see what is behind the fear to face who we are with compassion and courage.

✨💫 Soul Spelunking is an opportunity to enter that cave. Much like cave exploration, it is a way to examine layers of the Self with a sense of adventure and curiosity.
✨💫 This is your invitation to consider that perhaps the greatest unsolved mystery in your life is YOU! As we dive into ourselves, we become our own archeologists, gently brushing away the debris of the past, revealing buried treasures, and reframing hidden truths, so we step out of pain and self-sabotage.
The energy exchange for this course is $375.00.
Class fees will be invoiced, and payment plans are available.
Class location is near the downtown area of Concord NC on the dates reflected below from 6:30 to 8:30 PM (these times may shift slightly to accommodate arrival and processing time.)

Four two-hour classes:
💛 October 17th – Knowing Our Minds: The Art of Unlocking Your Thoughts
By unlocking our thoughts, we identify and name ideas, triggers, and perceptions around our Shadow. In meeting our Shadow, we begin to relate to ourselves with greater understanding and compassion.
❤️ November 21st - Forging Authenticity: Embracing and Releasing Emotions
✨💫 By identifying perceptions, wounds, and triggers, we can reclaim ourselves. Using tools such as cord cutting, we call back our personal energy while releasing relationships, places, patterns, and situations. Personal boundaries are restored, so wholeness can be achieved.
💙 December 12th - Traveling through our Hearts: Honoring Your Truth
✨💫 Stepping deeper into wholeness, we can hear our inner truth and listen to our Shadow's needs. We allow self-care to be a priority and a necessary step in healing and nurturing hidden parts of the Self. Strengths and talents that have been long suppressed can be acknowledged and encouraged.
💚 January 9th - Grounding the Work: Embracing your Shadow
✨💫Now that clearing and healing have begun; we can begin to integrate our Shadow. Special care will be taken to ensure that personal energy is clear, allowing the opportunity to ground fully into our authenticity, creating a new base-line so ongoing healing can be met with clarity.
