✨ Soul Sounds: Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath ✨Join us for a nourishing evening designed to bring you into deep rest and inner stillness.
We begin with Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep.” This is a guided meditation practice where you lie down, get comfortable, and are led through a series of gentle relaxation techniques. Yoga Nidra works by shifting the body into its natural healing state — slowing down brain waves, calming the nervous system, and inviting you into a place between wakefulness and sleep. Just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel as restorative as several hours of sleep, leaving you grounded, replenished, and at ease.
From this place of openness, we move into a transformative Sound Bath. Using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, the vibrations wash over and through you, helping to release energetic blockages, restore harmony, and invite balance on every level — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
No experience is needed. This session is for anyone looking to de-stress, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
🧘♀️ Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided — but you’re welcome to bring your favourite blanket, pillow, or eye mask to get extra cosy.
