Soul Sound Ceremony
Soul Sound Intimacy is a sacred, guided experience for women to come into deeper intimacy with themselves through sounding with the essence you carry in your body, mirror gazing, movement and embodied awareness.
We begin with a short sound healing journey, inviting you to slow down and soften inward, feeling yourself and listen to her beyond the mind. Through breath, voice, vibration, and intentional sound, you’ll be guided to feel into the essence you carry within your body—your unique frequency, rhythm, and inner landscape and explore all that you are and honor her with your breath and sound. This opening allows the nervous system to harmonize and attune to your natural state and current of being.
From this inner listening, we move into conscious physical connection with your own body—awakening sensation, presence, physical expression and felt experience. You’ll be gently guided to explore movement that arises organically from your essence, allowing your body to express itself in a way that feels authentic, resonant, true and GOOD to all of you.
The journey then deepens into true soul intimacy as you meet yourself through mirror gazing—an invitation to look into the eyes of your own soul with curiosity, compassion, and reverence. This practice supports self-recognition, self-acceptance, and a profound remembering and reclamation of who you are beneath conditioning.
Throughout the experience, you are invited to feel, explore and move to the rhythm of your own inner current—this is not performance. This is PRESENCE and discovery in motion with all that you are.

Aurora is a Soul Alignment Activation Guide, Sound Healer and Sacred Intimacy Coach for singles and couples.
