About this Event
Soul Songs and Mantra Music is an evening of storytelling through song, self-inquiry, meditation, and mantra. Kirtan, the opportunity to sing along with one another is woven into a soulful evening of songs and sounds, including the guitar, Native American flute and Tibetan Singing bowls. Throughout this experience, self-inquiry is encouraged and invoked through listening, poetry, pauses, and prompts for reflection. This is a beautiful, intimate, and community-building evening that will include an orange nc of the year I tention setting ceremony.

Kelsey Wishik is a 500 ERYT Yoga Instructor, Meditation teacher, and artist based in Athens, GA. Her practices of yoga, meditation, somatic movement, and the arts have become an offering of soulful, embodied art that she is passionate about sharing with all walks of life.
