✨ SOUL SISTER CIRCLE ✨
This is a beautiful way to allow your soul to delve deeper into your own inner wisdom. Not only will you nurture, nourish, and enhance your own life, but the other women around you as well. We all hold medicine to share with the world. Your story, experiences, perspectives, gifts, and talents are all medicine. Your unique medicine is needed in the healing journey of others. 🌸
🌙 CREATING A SAFE SPACE 🌙
The circle is a place to balance the feminine and masculine energies. It should be a dance between the two, where you feel free but utterly devoted, assertive but vulnerable, clear but deeply emotional, equal and able to surrender at will either way.
Before we start, I will open sacred space and set the intentions for the evening. Beginning with a meditation for grounding and relaxing the body, clearing the mind, and allowing the soul to step forward. I'll have topics for conversation and self-discovery each month to focus on and discuss while drinking 🍫 Ceremonial Cacao {raw chocolate} or 🍵 hot tea.
Cacao is a 💚 heart chakra activator. Other benefits include its rich source of flavonoids and antioxidants, releasing our body's natural "bliss molecule" for experiencing empathy, gratitude, joy, and conflict resolution. Cacao also promotes compassion, kindness, self-love, and understanding that is needed within our gatherings. (see keithscacao.com for more information on the Cacao that I use) 🌱☕️
We will then end by closing the circle with 🥁 drumming... grateful for our time together. My hopes are for you to feel fully supported by creating strong bonds with other women as we learn and grow through the medicine that we all share. 🌿🌟
