This deeply soulful 108 minute session combines guided meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, Restorative Yoga infused with Inquiry Coaching and guided journaling.
Tiffany will guide you through these various healing modalities to encourage deeper connection to your mind, heart, body and soul. These trauma-informed sessions are enhanced with therapeutic aromatherapy and mindful consented touch.
Each Soul Session is as unique as the individual that experiences it.
