Richesart Gallery presents its newest experience, "Soul Service," designed to give people an intentional and serene start to their week. This 70 minute class is carefully curated to provide a holistic and rejuvenating experience, combining three transformative practices led by renowned local artists and instructors.

The session begins with a 20-minute breathwork segment led by Haley Landcaster , Haley is a multifaceted creative visionary, Through her breathwork sessions, Haley guides others to reconnect with their inner selves, fostering peace and creative flow. Driven by a mission to heal and create both within herself and in collaboration with others, she integrates her diverse skills to offer a holistic path to personal growth and artistic expression, inspiring many to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and creative fulfillment.

Following the breathwork, participants will transition into a 40 minute yoga session led by Veronica Li, a celebrated yoga instructor recognized for her inclusive and accessible approach to yoga. Her session will focus on gentle movements and mindful stretches, aiming to enhance physical well-being and inner peace.

The experience concludes with a 10-minute sound bath conducted by Veronica Li, a sound healer renowned for her ability to create immersive and therapeutic soundscapes. Using a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls and gongs, Veronica will guide participants through a sonic journey that promotes deep relaxation and emotional release.

"Sunday Service" at Richesart Gallery offers a unique opportunity to reset and recharge, setting a positive tone for the week ahead through breathwork, yoga, and sound healing.
