Join us on Saturday December 14th at 12:30pm at the beautiful Cork Lotus Studio to experience a rejuvenating and restorative well-being afternoon. This is an intimate space where you’ll be supported through your own journey by two experienced practitioners on every level—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Blending worldwide experience, Meabh will lead a gorgeous gentle yoga flow, which will be followed by lightly active breathwork and meditation guided by Chloe. The afternoon will close with a beautiful cacao ceremony to help you feel connected to yourself and others. For anyone who hasn’t participated in a cacao ceremony before, there are a multitude of benefits including mood boosting, helping you to connect to your senses through increased bloodflow to the heart (not to mention it’s a superfood which is high in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, and calcium!)

What can you expect to get from the afternoon?
