Soul Sanctuary: A Time for Introspection, Release, and New Beginnings.Please join us for a 90-minute guided meditation experience toward deep relaxation and self-awareness using a combination of guided meditation, grounding breathwork, and gentle energy work to bring you into a state of calm. The sounds of singing bowls, essential oils, and restorative poses will guide you through a series of practices to release stress and reconnect with yourself. Attendees can reconnect with their inner peace, release tension, and explore personal insights. You will close the evening with a reflection on soul care and a mantra to carry forward. This experience is designed to foster an environment of calm, healing, and self-discovery, helping participants find and enhance their overall well-being.
Bring your whole self, water, a mat, a towel, and a pillow if you need one. If you do not have a mat you can reserve one during registration.The space opens 15 minutes before class. Please take off your shoes in the reception area. You are welcome to set up your mat in the space. Use a spa voice in the space to allow a peaceful transition from the bustling world.
Each month, you will be given a handout to focus on your intention with prompts specific to that meditation to reflect on the meditation and look forward. We end with discussion and sharing.
The space will be available for 15 minutes following class for personal quiet time. Please be respectful of others as you exit.
