I'm teaming up with Callista of Soul Reset Retreats February 22nd thru March 1st, 2025 in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica for a Self Love Healing Retreat centered around immersion with nature and the elements . Deepen intimacy with yourself and the earth, water, air, fire and stardust we are all made of.This is a seven-day event set in the jungle to create a safe space to get in touch with nature, to surrender, let go, and heal your heart. Through transformational breathwork, deep-dive workshops, and self-reflection, you will leave feeling renewed, reset, and refocused. Providing you the knowledge and tools to take home with you to keep you on the healing path and your light shining.
This week of immersion with the elements is designed to offer opportunities to access energy for empowerment, stillness, intimacy with the present, transformation, healing, joy, bliss, heart opening and connection. You will also have plenty of time to enjoy the surrounding beauty of the jungle and to relax and recharge. Whatever your passion or background in this lifetime, this retreat will elevate your vibration and enhance your experience with the world around you.
The retreat begins with dinner at 6 pm on Saturday evening the 22nd and finishes at noon one week later, the 1st.
