Nourish your Mind, Body and Spirit with this beautiful Soul Replenish Experience.We will begin with a session of gentle stretching and a slow unfolding of physical tension.
Followed by a Sacred Ritual to invite the spirit of the chosen infusion for guidance.
A choice of heart opening Cacao or Rose, or a soothing relaxing blend.
We will then Cosy Up for a guided meditation/ visualisation.
In readiness to receive the soothing sounds of the beautiful Crystal Bowls and Gong, to drift and float in spaciousness.
We return to share sweet bites made with love and heartfelt intention.
Everything you need is provided but if you like to journal, or have a special crystal you would like to bring or a favourite cosy blanket please do.
This is an invitation to step through the door into a special place.
