This evening retreat is an invitation to pause, clear the fog, and remember the truth of your own reflection.
Whether you feel disconnected, stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or simply ready to reconnect with your authentic self, this workshop will guide you back to inner visibility.
Dawn + Amanda will share practices they have used on their own journeys to help you peel back layers of conditioning, dissolve inner distortions, and step into the clarity of your soul’s light.

• Movement + Breath to connect to your body and ground into presence
• Human Design Chart exploration to uncover where you may carry distortion, overwhelm, and patterns that blur your clarity
• Subconscious Pattern Mapping to identify beliefs that block self-seeing
• Breakout Group Exercise for reflection and connection
• Full-body integration through breathwork and sound
