Soul Painting: Getting Out of Your Head & Into Your Heart

The best art is emotionally driven and comes from the heart. This workshop is all about getting out of heads and into our heart through tapping into a being’s energy or consciousness, the love and light each soul comes into this world with. We will focus on connecting to the pure energy in each of us that might have been forgotten, pushed away, shamed, closed off, due to false baggage, limiting beliefs, conditioning, family patterns, societal conditions, cultural pain or trauma.

This is a transformative artistic journey, where you will recognize and honor the beauty within each soul. Through guided meditation, reflective writing, and intuitive exercises, you’ll create a “Soul Painting”—a one-of-a-kind, color-rich expression of a being’s unique essence. This workshop is for those who want to paint from an intuitive place, emotional place and place of peace. This is also for those processing grief, healing from trauma, or seeking insight into their life’s purpose.

No artistic experience is needed; this experience is about self-discovery, insight, and honoring each soul’s unique “design.”

• Materials used will be 8x10 canvas board and oil pastels. Instruction will be given on composition and basic material usage for oil pastels.

• Guided meditations to connect with a soul’s essence
• Reflective exercises that encourage compassion and acceptance
• The creation of a personal or chosen, abstract soul painting, capturing the spirit or essence of a sentient being of your choice
• A short review of composition and materials used
• You will create a writing from your heart center about your soul painting
• Nicole will stay tuned into to your energy while you are creating and guiding you intuitively to stay with the energy
