WHAT IS SOUL LINE DANCING?
Urban line dancing with a bit of soul...
Soul line dancing (often performed to R&B, hip-hop, soul, and contemporary music) is a group dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. Dancers can add their own style to the dance once they feel comfortable with the moves.
Some say that soul line dancing can improve muscle and mental memory, and encourage health and fitness.
