I wanted to share an upcoming retreat I'm hosting in case it speaks to anyone here.
SOUL IN TOUCH is a gentle, immersive retreat for those longing to slow down, reconnect, and soften into a more embodied, present way of being.
We’ll explore:
� YogaQiFlow – a blend of Qi Gong & soft yoga
� Qi Gong – to regulate energy and calm the nervous system
� Conscious Touch & Thai Massage techniques
� Mantra chanting
� Embodiment, rest & soulful connection
It’s a space for deep presence, healing connection, and nervous system nourishment — guided by movement, breath, and simple ritual.
Location: Casa el Riego, Tenerife (Canary Islands)
Dates: Dec 7–13, 2025 & 8-14 March, 2026
� Accommodation in a peaceful finca, with nature, nourishing meals, and warmth
� A small, intimate group (max. 10 people)
