SOUL GLOWA 2-Hour Non-Heated Yoga, Meditation + Integrative Circle

This isn’t just a yoga workshop—it’s a homecoming.
An invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your truth.
To move in ways that aren’t performative, but primal.
To feel something—anything—and let that be enough.
Each breath, posture, and hands-on assist is curated to guide you back to your rhythm, your
essence, your Self.
We’ll flow with intentional movement and music, settle into guided meditation, and close in
community.
What’s included:
● Non-heated Hatha Style Yoga
● Consent-based hands-on assists
● Guided meditation for integration
● All levels welcome with prop support
● Reflection and journaling in an integrative circle
We’ll close the workshop with a circle to explore the question:
What does authentic living mean to me?
And—what supports or limits my ability to live it fully?

receive a small gift and a special offering from Essenem Journeys—our way of honoring your
first step, or next step, on the path toward embodied, authentic living.
