About this Event
All proceeds from this Soul Food Sunday Lunch will be going to the Altadena community affected by the devastating wildfires that began on January 7th, 2025. Altadena is a historical Black community that grew out of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s.
Our two campuses are joining together for worship in a special Soul Food Sunday service at 11AM at our Hollywood campus on Sunday, February 23rd! We will have special music from our worship leader at Harmony, Gattison, as well as from John West and our choir.
Following the service at 12PM, Chef Antonio (Tone) from Altadena will provide a hot Southern lunch. The menu will feature: Southern Ribs or Smoked Chicken; Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, and Salad. There will be a limited vegan option as well.
The cost per lunch is $25 through Eventbrite or $30 cash at the door. Please sign up ahead of time so that your lunch can be ready after service!
