Join me for a rejuvenating yoga session while giving back to the community! In this special class I will be collecting canned food donations to support local churches in their mission to feed those in need.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner this session is designed for all levels. As you flow through mindful poses you’ll also be contributing to a greater cause. Your participation helps nourish both body and soul—yours and others in our community.
In addition to canned food donations 25% of any monetary donations will go directly to a local church to further support their efforts in providing for those in need.
