Using a large sheet of paper, you’ll paint standing, dancing, swaying, moving—eyes open or closed, following whatever feels true in the moment.
There is no right or wrong here. No mistakes. Only the freedom of intuitive mark-making, as the deepest parts of your being come alive in color and form.
Painting 1: Chakra Journey
The Chakra Journey is an invitation to explore and reflect on your inner self. We begin by moving through the seven chakras—from root to crown guided by sound and color. As we paint through each center, using its corresponding hues, we allow our bodies and spirits to speak in marks, splatters, lines, and shapes. This is an inward journey, a mirror of the self, where the canvas becomes a reflection of your unconscious world.
We’ll close by gathering in a safe, supportive circle to share and reflect on what has emerged. Together, we'll explore how your painting has mirrored your inner landscape-what you've learned about yourself, and how these insights can guide you to walk through the world a little lighter, a little more awake, a little more whole.
