Soul Fam Thankhsgiving is a free donation based holistic conscious community space. At Sacred Light we were inspired to cocreate a sacred safe space for our brothas & sistars to be able to gather in a sober, holistic minded & empowering environment for connective & heart opening community time. Marcus (Christolight) hosting the space, along with Jesse Sage & Catie SingingEagle who will be our lead facilitators throughout the day.
In this Thankhsgiving celebratory space there will be mind, body, emotion & spirit healing through practices like heart opening, learning about herbs/natural remedies & a evening time collaborative sound healing guided meditation that you may join with an instrument! Of course... there will be a wonderful potluck style community dinner, so bring a dish or dessert. All diets welcomed, as we know we have different lifestyles :)

Schedule
- Arrival is flexible around 11:00am at Cosmovision collective studio
(Snacks & settling in)
- Noon: Intro circle with intention setting, into Gratitude Gateway workshop w/ Jess Sage
- Free space (1on1 services, music & dance, other activities available)
- 4:30pm: Herbs & Spices workshop w/ Catie Singingeagle
- 6pm: Dinner
- 7:30pm: Collab sound healing guided meditation
