As a DJ and musician, I bring years of music sharing across various stages, platforms, and therapeutic settings. Drawing on my passion for conscious embodied dance and Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy, I will craft a unique experience that is centred on awakening your creativity and connecting with your body.
Along with curating a captivating, multi-genre soundtrack that will guide you on a journey through your chakras, which are energy centres in your body, I'll offer guidance and hold space, so you can fully engage in the experience. Prepare to journey through a rich tapestry of global music, spanning electronic, acoustic, world, cinematic, and meditative genres, interwoven with sprinkle of well-known surprises.
All bodies, ages, and abilities are welcome, and children under 12 must be accompanied by adults. Please note, there is a commitment to silence on the dance floor to enhance the immersive experience. Dress comfortably, and for the best experience, dance barefoot.
Our dance space is held in 2 amazing venues, located close to public transport and wheelchair accessible. Both studios have Tarkett floors, perfect for dancing. ????
