Soul Dance is an intuitive dance in which you learn to listen to and dance from your body's natural rhythms and attune to your dance partner's.
This attunement creates a flow of movement where you experience the freedom to express your authentic self while moving in harmony with each other.

Dive deep into the experience of dancing from your body's natural rhythm and feelings in an intuitive and holistic way.
Learn to dance intuitively in attunement with other people. A liberating practice for the body, mind, and soul to express, discover, and surrender in movement.
This workshop draws inspiration from the following:

- Heart-based partner dance
- Intuitive dance
- Mindfulness
A connection in movement with others, but above all, a connection with your soul.

Amber is a passionate, loving, and lively being. Traveling through this life guided by intuition and my heart, she creates; Paintings, dance/movement, and healing workshops/retreats.
Her personal path is to guide others and herself in remembering we are intuitive creators of life, passionate, wild, free, and colourful. Currently, her heart is on a mission to share healing containers for aliveness and inner transformation with Contact Beyond Contact dance, breathwork, and tantra.

Soul embodiment facilitator who guides people to find wholeness, connect deeper with themselves, open their hearts, and live their greatest potential through sharing inspiration and delivering profound healing experiences.
Nicholas has many years of experience teaching dance and embodiment workshops. As a soul embodiment facilitator, he guides people to listen to the whispers of their hearts and soul, and let this inner voice guide them in a way that translates into action and movement.

- Bring a water bottle, some lunch, and a comfortable dance outfit!
- We will provide tea, water, and some small snacks.
- For beginners and advanced dancers!
- You do not need to bring a dance partner to this workshop. We will change dance partners during this workshop.
- If possible, take some time before the workshop for yourself to rest, make space for a new experience, and possibly set your intention.
