Ecstatic or Soul dance is a safe space to explore dance as a pathway to healing. There is no one to impress and no mirrors, so you can be with yourself; move however you need to allow your emotions to dance themselves free. A special playlist has been created for the Re-Wombing.This Dance will also act as the closing of the womb, there will be a break in the dance where Paige will begin the take down process of the womb thus closing the womb and making space for dancers and new creativity to come in for all of us.
