Soul Cry, Soul Restore—a soul circle where you connect heart, energy and spirit. A brave space we gather to honor our grief, joy, and everything in between as we emerge from the highs and lows of life. Through group Reiki, spiritual insight, mindfulness, and honest conversation, we co-create a space for release, restoration, and soul connection.
What to expect:
A group Reiki Infused-Sound Meditation; honest, spirit-led conversations. Attendees will be encouraged to express, release and reconnect with their energy, heart and spirit through tangible mindfulness practices, ancestral rituals and community love and support.
What to Bring:
- Bring yourselves fully
- An open heart
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- A small personal item or photo of their ancestor(s) for the altar (optional)
About your Facilitator:
Alexandra “Alex” Tatis-Cummings (she/her) is an Afro-Cuban and Dominican Black Woman , Intuitive, Reiki Master Educator, SEL, Sound & Mindfulness Facilitator as well as a Spiritual Herbalist Apprentice. As the founder of SoulCare Alchemy, she offers grief and trauma informed healing spaces rooted in energy work, ancestral wisdom and holistic transformation.
With over a decade of experience, she is honored to co-create sacred spaces for collective care and libration to the Long Beach community. Each session is intuitively guided, with room for meditation, sound healing, and ancestral practices—all grounded in intentional, heart-led care.
