The infamous Jeff's have designed this trail race course.
The toughest 5 mile loop you will find in the Midwest. You can run it once or twice, depending on how much time you want to suffer!
The "Infamous Jeffs" say, "you thought Frozen Gnome was a tough course...."phew".....that course is easy compared to this! I fully expect runners to swear my name after this race!"
If you want a challenge, this is your race. The MUDD running club with Douglas Freund go out of their way to decorate the course with freundly skeletons along the way! So much fun!
