Important information:
We will be diving deep together from 10am – 5pm, with a 1 hour break for lunch. Please note that while drinks and light snacks will be provided, lunch is not included. Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen, hydration of your choice and a sacred offering to place at our communal alter (you can take it home after the event ends). Dress for comfort and to allow for fluidity in your movement.
