Do you crave in-person, soulful and un-edited connections where you can be yourself?
In these monthly circle gatherings, give yourself permission to take a pause from the "busy". Presence yourself alongside women who wish to live in intentional connection with their body, mind and Soul.
Arrive just as you are (in your pj if you want), to connect to your heart and be witnessed in your wholeness.
Slowing down and finding more inner calm can be simple and easy. You don’t have to be a guru to meditate!
Let these gatherings be a nourishing act of consistent self-love.
What to bring:
- Anything to help you feel held
- A journal and pen
- Any offering to the group like oracle cards, flowers or crystals for a centered-altar
Herbal tea and water will be provided.
What to expect:
- Each monthly session will be slightly different and may be based around the recent topics explored in The Be Happy Now Show with your Soul Connection Coach Claudia-Sam
- This will be a co-created session so participants will help in the elaboration of the theme and the direction of the sessions
- After the first event, sessions will be open to having a co-host based on what participants wish to experience (If you wish to apply to be a co-host of these circles, please let Claudia-Sam know in the registration form)
Logistics:
- We will meet at the Koru Oasis (a cozy, warm and velvetty 10-spot apartment (different from Koru Studio but in the same building at 243 Trafalgar Street))
- Arrive BEFORE 7pm to set yourself up to receive. We will start on time.
- The investment is $33 per person (Free if you’re a member of Claudia-Sam’s virtual Soul Connector Circle, which means that you're receiving her daily pocket coaching messages and joining her monthly INvisioning virtual sessions to set intentions)
