Welcome to Soul Care Sunday!
Come join us for a rejuvenating day of self-care and relaxation at Historic Camden’s Hampton Park. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life to focus on nurturing your mind, body, and soul. This in-person event will feature Guided Meditation and Affirmations, Sound Bowl Bathing, Pot & Sip, Yoga, Live DJ, Bottomless Mimosas, and a lot of SOUL CARE.
This quarterly event sole purpose is to bring our Midlands Community together to practice mindfulness and soul-care. Soul Care Sunday will give the community a safe space to relax and share the importance of taking care of the mind, body & soul!
Yoga mats and great vibes are required.
