Come join us for a rejuvenating soul-care circle where we focus on self-care and inner peace. This is an open group event welcoming all who seek to connect with themselves and others in a supportive environment. Let's gather at 7 Eagle Center suite 2b 2 to share experiences, practices, and insights that nurture our souls. Are you Holistic-focused, interested in Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness, and Healing, willing to lean into receiving support, as well as offering support - to cocreate together - radical acceptance, resilience to the overwhelm, and feel empowered?
This Open Circle is for Soul-level connecting within and with like-minded individuals who might be energy-sensitive / Empaths, over-givers / healers in our community, and those who are stepping into self-healing or have questions about doing so...
Intended for individuals who seek to fully embrace their highest and best selves, while observing (not being drained by) the chaos going on around them, the collective, and the world at large.
- Offering you a check in with where you're at / in processing or mapping your journey
- to ask Questions, time for introspection
- to receive support and encouragement
- to experience reflection and variations of meditation, breath, movement (is guided after check-in with group or as requested)
Please note each circle may be different depending on energies present, needs or requests of attendees. We may explore self-care, inner wisdom, nurturing, and topics around personal development, inspiration, and empowerment. (Other future class or workshop offerings may be created from discussions and desires to deepen understanding and possibilities, collaborations and leaders welcome to offer their support or assistance.)
Background:
Honoring her Empathic nature and perimenopausal journey, Jen modified the monthly "Sister Circle" to be inclusive for anyone who wants to connect and support self and others, and now every other month - the 3rd or last Mon of even months - see scheduled dates to confirm.
To Jen, the idea of regular Soul-Care is essential to the Spiritual aspect of Holistic well-being. Though it is something that may be a personal/private experience (with or without a group setting) - this time is meant to encourage cultivation of Spiritual self-care. This year we are moving forward with the North Node in Pisces and Neptune direct in Aries (3/30) - meaning we can be ready to clear escapism and infuse our lives with our sacred Spirituality, connection to All That Is, if and HOW we choose.
The Journey is the path we choose, following the twists and turns that support our growth and ever-encouraging us to be present to ENJOY the journey rather than the only focus on the destination, as everyday can change the experience.
Led by Jennifer Leigh Smith, LMT, Pisces South Node, Founder of Holistic Journey Healing Collective. Jen is an Intuitive Holistic Practitioner, Certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki instructor, Gemstone lover, Tarot Guide, and former metaphysical store owner in Belleville/Swansea 2010-2016.
