🔮 What types of vendors are you looking for?
We're SOUL EXCITED to invite any type of vendor (it's a BAZAAR after all! 😍🥰💞🥳🦄🔮) ➡ The only exception to this is vendors who sell or serve alcohol, as we're a Sober Space. ⬅ Thanks for understanding our support of the amazing humans who have chosen to celebrate this boundary for themselves!! 🦋🥰💛
🔮 How many vendors will be there?
We have the capacity to support 83 vendors! We’ll have a more specific count closer to the event!
🔮 How much is it to reserve a Spot? And how big is it?
Each 9’ wide X 15’ deep Standard Spot is $55!
Doublewide Spots (18’ wide X 15’ deep) are $111.
AND SAVE $20 when you reserve your spot to vend with us the whole season! We’re hosting Soul Bazaars on:
April 20th from 11:11-3:33
May 11th from 11:11-3:33
June 15th from 11:11-3:33
+ July 13th from 11:11-3:33

$220 DROPS to $200 for a Standard Spot at ALL FOUR BAZAARS!
And $444 DROPS to $424 for a Doublewide Spot at ALL FOUR BAZAARS!
🔮 What’s included with my reservation?
Your reservation includes:
🌈 SPACE HELD FOR YOU: A 9’ wide X 15’ deep Standard Spot OR a Doublewide Spot (18’ wide X 15’ deep) per Bazaar.
🍄 TIME TO SUPPORT YOU: Access to begin setting up your space by 8:00AM + packing up your space until 5:30PM. The event itself takes place from 11:11AM-3:33PM.
☕ WATER TO HYDRATE YOU: Free bottled water in the vendors’ water cooler located by the ground floor entrance of You’re SOUL Welcome
🦄 MAGNETS ATTRACTING FOR YOU: Promotion for the event by You’re SOUL Welcome + Essentials Natural Family Health
We ask that you Bring Your Own chairs, tables, tents, sunscreen + displays.
Electrical will not be available for the majority of Standard + Doublewide Spots and cannot be guaranteed.
If you’d like to reserve a Standard Spot or Doublewide Spot on our parking pad for reasons such as handicap accessibility, please let us know by emailing [email protected], and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you! (There are only 27 parking lot pad Standard Spots available, so we will accommodate your request according to our capacity!)
