The Grand Hotel, Weston Super Mare is a wonderful atmospheric venue, and Ian and I are so happy to be back again.....all the events that we have held here have been sold out within weeks of ticket sales opening....... with it's beautiful sprung dancefloor, everyone is always eager for yet another night of dancing and merriment, with the finest Northern Soul, R & B, Motown and Modern Soul.....we are tried and tested at keeping the dance floors full by spinning our vinyl in the Soul Rooms at Scooter Rallies nationwide including SWSC National rally at Woolacombe, Exmouth, Weston & Weymouth plus Hayling, Teignmouth, Warmwell, Run From The Scum, Scootermaniacs weekend, Modrapheniacs Rally, Northern Soul Island, Soul on the Sea, Moorland Mayhem, Halfway House, Run to the Riviera, Camber Sands, Celtic Rally (France), Ireland, Spain, Meltdown in Germany, and fabulous Las Vegas - yeah baby.........I am extremely happy to announce the first of our guest DJ's for the night - the wonderful Mark Davis who is a resident DJ at the Farnborough Soul Club and has also played at various different venues in the south east, including Ascot, Teddington, Hoodoo, Ryde Castle IOW and the infamous Wooden Bridge at Guildford, and the SWSC Woolacombe and Weston Rally Soul Room. who will again be wowing you with his fantastic vinyl!
The vivacious and beautiful Nicola Parry will also be joining us again this time....back by popular demand <3
I am very happy to announce the next guest DJ ....the wonderful Paul Riley, who started DJing with me at Warmwell Scooter Rally, many moons ago, he was the bar manager there at the time, and very nervous! Since then he has gone from strength to strength, and spun tunes at SWSC Weymouth and Weston rallies.....collecting more and more fabulous vinyl, DJing all over the country, and reading the room to fill the floor.
We are intending making this night a bit of a memorial do for our dear friend Vic Saunders, the date is his anniversary (he past away shortly after SWSC Woolacombe rally, where he DJ'd with myself and Ian for the last time, and as we never got to hold his memorial rally (due to covid), it seems about time we honoured the lovely man......I am speaking to Vic's dear sister and daughter, to get their take on it. More details to be announced, suffice it to say, it will be a night to make Vic proud, he loved the Grand, and loved DJing, so why not combine the two? <3

Tickets will be on sale from Monday 26 February 2024........Due to the popularity of our last events, which were sold out, we will again be advance tickets only.....£10 via paypal (address [email protected]) please use the FRIENDS AND FAMILY payment option, and remember to supply your name and address and email. You will be sent an email confirmation of your ticket order within 48 hours.
This event will have SIA Security on entrances and exits, so please be ready to show your wristbands as you enter or exit the event 🙂 thank you 🙂
