This occurs one way in our sleeping dream world, but it also can pour forth when we engage our creative brain and allow messages and meaning to flow.
May 19 - Mandala Making
While mandalas have been used throughout many ancient traditions, including Buddhism and Hinduism, Carl Jung is credited with introducing these images to the Western world. Jung studied mandalas extensively, finding a great deal of potential symbolic meaning in them. He intimately associated them with psychological and spiritual health. I will lead you in allowing your soul to speak as you create mandalas to allow your spirit to speak.
