Soul & Stroke: Warrior Within

Unleash your inner strength and creativity in Warrior Within, a transformative two-part experience blending movement and art.

We'll begin with an empowering Warrior Yoga Sequence, designed to ground you, build confidence, and awaken your inner fire. Led by an experienced instructor, this flow will focus on the Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana I, II, and III), encouraging participants to embody resilience, presence, and power. No matter your experience level, you'll be guided with care and intention through a sequence that connects breath to motion and cultivates strength from within.

Following the yoga practice, we'll shift into a guided art session, where you'll bring your personal vision of a warrior to life on canvas. Whether it's a fierce figure in armor, a serene protector, or an abstract representation of courage, our art facilitator will help you translate the energy you’ve harnessed on the mat into bold strokes and vibrant colors. No painting experience necessary—just bring your imagination and a willingness to express.

What to Expect:

· A 45-minute Warrior Yoga flow suitable for all levels

· A short mindfulness reflection to connect with your personal idea of a warrior

· A 60-minute painting session with all materials provided

· Space to share, reflect, and celebrate your creation

What to Bring:

· Yoga mat

· Comfortable clothes for movement and painting

· Water bottle

· An open mind and warrior spirit
