Soul Alchemy is a three-hour journey weaving the medicines of cacao, mindfulness + movement, embodied relating, and breathwork in support of awakening your inner power, igniting your manifestations, and unlocking your creative flow. 🌊🔥
Throughout this experience, we’ll journey through the four elements alongside these four medicines, offering a variety of practices designed to unblock your energy, align with your highest path, and embody your fullest potential.

We’ll begin with the beautiful spirit of cacao, reconnecting you to your heart’s truest desires and creative potential. Relational practices will weave our energies and intentions together, immersing you in the pure medicine of human connection.

Through dynamic movement and a transformative breathwork journey, we’ll release blockages, energize intentions, and clear stagnant energy, leaving you feeling renewed and aligned with your highest self.
