Carol Ann Davidson, PT, DSc, RYT 500, C-IAYT has over 30 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and is a registered yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist. She believes that yoga is a lifelong practice that can help people of all abilities improve or maintain strength, flexibility, balance, breath, ease, function, and emotional well-being.
