Welcome to the Soucha (Cleansing) Classical Yoga and Wellness Workshop! Join us for a rejuvenating day filled with yoga, meditation, and wellness activities to cleanse your mind, body, and soul at this amazing sanctuary nestled in the Fort Langley Wilderness. Immerse yourself in a day of self-care and rejuvenation as you connect with like-minded individuals in a peaceful and serene environment. Take this opportunity to focus on your well-being and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.


We will be learning a series of powerful yogic practices to help cleanse and bring balance to your system on the level of your body, mind, emotions and energies.


You will be learning practices from 1750+hr Certified Classical Yoga Teachers:

• Upa Yoga

• Pranayam and Mantra Yoga

• Shanmukhi Mudra

• Bhuta Shuddhi*

• Upa Yoga Practices

Simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-yoga dispels inertia in the body’s energy and brings ease to the whole system. It relieves physical stress and tiredness.


• Pranayam and Mantra Yoga

We will be learning a Pranayam (breathing technique) known as Nadi Shuddhi and be initiated into the powerful AUM mantra.


• Bhuta Shuddhi*(Bhuta Shuddhi Kit is required to participate)

The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.


• Shanmukhi Mudra

Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face and eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness.
