Prepare for an extraordinary journey of love and discovery at the SOTT Presents: For Couples Only Retreat. Prior to the retreat, each couple will engage in a pre-one-on-one session with our experienced therapist. During this session, you'll have the opportunity to share your hopes, concerns, and goals for the retreat. The therapist will also guide you through the Gottman Relationship Checkup questionnaire, offering valuable insights into the dynamics of your relationship.
Once at the retreat, you'll be welcomed into a nurturing and supportive environment, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Paradisus Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Throughout the retreat, three specialist educators will lead transformative workshops aimed at deepening your connection and enhancing your intimacy.
Our team of specialists includes:
Therapist: A dedicated therapist who will provide personalized guidance and support throughout the retreat. From pre-retreat consultations to post-retreat follow-ups, the therapist will be there every step of the way to help you navigate your journey towards greater connection and understanding.
Sexual Health Educators: Two sexual health educators who will lead workshops focused on sensual arts, pleasure, and intimacy. With their expertise and compassionate approach, they'll create a safe space for couples to explore and embrace their sexuality in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
