SOTC Collegiate Career & Community Leader Mixer

Each year, Summer on the Cuyahoga (SOTC) hosts the Collegiate Career and Community Leader Mixer at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, available to both students and professionals. This is a great opportunity for college students and professionals to network with one another. The event is free for students, and they have the opportunity to get their resumes reviewed along with professional headshot photos and more. Consequently, this is an event not to be missed for any student eager to make industry connections or community and business leaders interested in connecting with students and each other. As an added bonus, the mixer takes place at the world-renowned Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - an iconic Cleveland landmark.

We are providing students cost-free access that includes:

• Opportunity to network with area professionals and students
• Complimentary professional headshot photos
• Resume / LinkedIn reviews
• Pop-up mini workshops
• Exclusive access to the museum galleries

In addition to helping students practice their networking skills we could use your support in one or more of the following activities:

• Volunteer to review resumes or LinkedIn profiles
• Provide a 10-15 minute talk on a professional topic of choice

Registration fee- $25.

Your registration fee allows SOTC to continue to offer cost-free, quality programming to students. Your registration includes:

• Event access and opportunity to engage with students and other professionals
• Hors d’oeuvres
• Exclusive access to the museum galleries

Tentative Schedule:

• 5:30 p.m. – Check-in and access to lower level of museum
• 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. – Complimentary professional head shots for students
• 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. – Networking, Resume Reviews, hors d'oeuvres, mocktail & cocktail bar (card only)
• 6:30 p.m. – Greetings from Summer on the Cuyahoga, Rock Hall & MetroHealth
• 7:00 p.m. – Pop-up mini workshops; all galleries / levels open for touring

The Science Center garage should not be used for parking this year. It promptly closes at 6:00 pm and drivers will not have access after that time. The Rock Hall recommends the street meters, Coast Guard lot, or Pier lot.
