About this Event
Members and Prospective New Members are all invited to join! St. Anthony's has an urgent need for volunteers to help sort through clothing donations.
Arrive promptly at 9:30am at 121 Golden Gate Ave. Our front desk will direct you to your volunteer coordinator. You are required to stay for the full shift.
Important: To attend this volunteer shift, you must also sign up here : Spinsters of San Francisco 2/22/2025 Sign Up Form. Please register on Eventbrite and St. Anthony's Form at the latest by 2/15/2025.
Liability Waivers: If you are over 18 years old and serving for the first time, you will sign an electronic waiver when you check in onsite.
Dress Code: Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing suitable for an active work environment and close-toed shoes. Volunteers CANNOT wear open-toed shoes, heeled shoes, shorts/skirts/dresses or shirts without sleeves.
Personal Items: While we have lockers on-site, our storage space for personal items is limited. Volunteers should bring only what they need for the day.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to maintain a positive relationship with the nonprofits we work with. Please note that signing up is not a placeholder. Please only sign up if you know for a fact you can attend the event. In the event you need to cancel your shift, you must cancel your shift on Eventbrite and find a Spinster to replace you. Notification for cancellation to thePhilanthropy Director under 24 hours before an event will result in a $25 fine.
