Join us at Red Top Mountain State Park for a lovely stroll that is catered to your mobility! When we all have to stop a bunch of times, it makes it a lot less stressful and we are all feeling like we can do it! We will have many chances to sit and bring small collapsible stools with us, as well. Bring some snacks, a drink, and your hiking or tennis shoes and prepare yourself for an adventure! We will be walking on the (paved) Lakeside Trail, which is wheelchair accessible.
This event is free of charge and open to everyone, whether you are a new or current Spoons of Salt member. We invite members of the chronic illness community in Cherokee County, Cobb County, and surrounding areas to join us and participate.
