Do you ever feel you would have been right at home dancing in the sixties, lost in a trance and at one with the universe… but can’t quite bring yourself to build a time machine in between work and making dinner?
Then join me at SorbetSounds Ecstatic and I’ll transport you to hippy heaven and beyond with a journey through the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, moving where the music charms us and our souls command us.
At SorbetSounds we dance the first song together to clear away any ‘I’m so awkward’ cobwebs and share an hour of confidence building, energising awesomeness.

Sorbet Serious Rules:
-Sway on the spot, waft in hippy heaven or lose yourself in a blur of brilliance: whatever your style, this is a mobile phone-free zone so no filming or photos.
-Please keep it sober for all to enjoy.
-No stilettos (to protect the wood flooring).

Please note there will be gentle disco lights for a bit of ambience; nothing too crazy but just to make you aware.
Parking: there is a free public car park adjacent to the church. A level paved path leads to the hall behind the church past the enclosed lawn area.
