Come join me on Sunday, February 9th @ 3pm-4pm for a Soothing Sunday Sound Bath. This gentle, restorative experience invites you to relax deeply as the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes wash away stress and tension. Perfect for centering your mind and rejuvenating your spirit, this Sunday session is designed with the intention of self-love to help you find calm, clarity, and inner balance. Come unwind, reflect, and prepare for the week ahead in a space of healing and harmony.

What to Bring: Come as you are! I will have everything setup for your comfort (3" mat, pillows, blankets and eye pillow).
What to Expect:
~ Getting Settled: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
~ Guided Grounding Meditation: After you get comfortable lying down, you will be guided through a calming meditation and breathing practice to center your thoughts and set your intention for deep relaxation and renewal.
~ Sound Healing Experience: Immerse into the full-body, listening experience, as the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums will be played, promoting feelings of deep relaxation and rejuvenation, supporting your body and mind by regulating your nervous system and bringing you back into harmony.
~ Integration Time: Conclude with a peaceful moment to internalize the healing sounds and gently return to the present.
