Led by the incredible local sound weaver Becky Lovatt, this session invites you to soften the edges of the week and prepare your body and mind for a nourishing night’s sleep.You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of Alchemy crystal singing bowls – sound frequencies known to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into balance.
This is a space to unwind, let go, and allow your entire system to settle. You're welcome to stay for a few quiet moments of journaling at the end, if it feels supportive.
What to bring:
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having a jumper and warm socks
• Bring your journal & pen if you'd like to spend a little time reflecting afterwards
