Join us for this restorative workshop to decompress and practice introspection and self care.
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, gentle practice. We will hold simple postures completely supported by props. The intent of this practice is to turn off the “fight or flight” and ignite “rest and digest.” This practice is deeply healing and magical.
