Seven Dials Soothing and Restorative Sound JourneyCreate stillness, grounding and inner peace. Aiming to bring a sense of ease, flow, and relaxation through soothing sounds.
Welcoming you to lay down, relax and melt away into a state of deep rest with the harp, gongs, tibetan and crystal bowls, and soothing percussion instruments.
Experience the relaxing harmonies created by two sound therapists playing simultaneously.
We will begin the sound journey at 7:30pm and allow the first 15 minutes for you to arrive and settle into the space. Once we have started playing we are unable to let latecomers in.
We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushion and anything else you would like to settle comfortably into your space.
